Job Summary

Mariñas & Co. Builders is looking for a Project InCharge

Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Has an extensive knowledge and experience in construction operations, engineering, estimating in industrial, high rise and infrastructure projects
• Should possess strong leadership skills and should be able to deal effectively with employees from all levels of organization
• Must be willing to be assigned in Compostela Cebu project site

Responsibilities

• In charge of monitoring and checking of work progress of project ensuring compliance to quality standards, budgetary, schedule and contract specifications
• Supervise the sub-contractors at the site
• Ensure that subcon performs the tasks in a very safe and timely manner
• Ensure that subcon adhere to the project standards and specifications
• Solve problems-project and people-related
• Plans and allocates for manpower skillfully
• Attend meetings and generate reports
