Job Summary

Mariñas & Co. Builders is looking for a Planning Engineer

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry
• Advance proficiency in project scheduling software such as MS Project, MS Excel & Primavera
• Extensive knowledge in schedule planning and management
• In-depth knowledge of the scope of projects within the industry
• Advanced ability to evaluate project progress and facilitate interventions
• Ability to keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and changes
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• The Planning Engineer implement and oversee project schedules
• Collaborate with Project Managers, setting tasks and monitoring the execution of project timelines
• You may also prepare project progress and performance evaluation reports
